Hazy amber with massive foaming head. Aroma and flavour have a lot of spicy yeast notes. Also dried apricot and fruity hop notes. Very gassy.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of over ripe fruits, caramel, spices, and hops, leading to a bitter finish.

Smooth fresh and very floral beginning. Sticky but still easy to drink. The hops are intense and aromatic, but not too bitter. Very dry brew, the Saison-yeast is funky tart, but not too much. Nice round and tart bitter finish with nice intense floral aromatic hops there. Nice and round combination! For this ABV easy to drink and very dry!

The Polish and German night. Craft Clerkenwell. With Travlr and ChrisO. Keg. Hazy amber beer, no head. Palate is smooth with mild fine carbonation. Light malts, mildly sweet. Tangy citric peel hops. An unexpected salty gose note. Little ripe tropical fruits. Light finish. Strangely savoury.

Keg at CBC Clerkenwell - London. Pours unclear ruby-copper with minimal head. The nose has some meaty citrus, bread, rindy orange. Medium sweet flavor, a little boozy, with some oily pine, ripe citrus, berry gummies. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation. Warming finish with leafy hops, gooey pine, berries, orange. Pretty so so.
