Bright gold. Tart and limey aroma. Nice clean tartness, mellow lime notes, touch of coriander. Well balanced and quite refreshing.

No head. Aroma is mild and fresh sour-ish, citrus, soda powder, hay, grain, minerals, flowers, oak, sorrel, fruit salt, unripe berries. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish, soda powder, citrus acid, sorrel, whitewine, citrus peel, sour winegum, unripe berries. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a small white head. Aroma is sour and grainy. Smooth fruity. Citrusy. Dry and slight herbal. Lingering sour and fruity, grainy far finish.

On tap at Hunah Day. Pours a clear gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is citrus, orange peel and wheat, funk. Thin body, orange zest, wheat, nice tartness, crisp finish, very good.

On tap at Real, Wild & Woody Beer Festival, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is very funky, with loads of brett, citrus and oak. Flavour is funky, with lots of citrus, brett funk and light woody oak. Complex, woody and oaky on the finish. Solid.

Draught@CBC2015. Pale amber colour, small head. Aroma is floral, wooden, mild orange and zesty notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, sour wood, toffeeish and ends quite bitter and also zesty. Kind of sweetish sour, but a bit messy as for the flavour

Draught @ CBC 2015 [ Red Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Arizona Wilderness Woolsey Wit ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, pale malt, light to moderate yeasty, earthy, honey, cheesy - zesty fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, odd !!, straw, honey notes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20150502]
