Wild fermented BC cider apples with Okanagan syrah grape skins. Extended skin contact. Super bright and juicy. Comes in on the lighter and more laid back side of Syrah. Think fresh cut strawberry, and summer rhubarb.

Purple, bright, big vinous nose, combines with cider…but they operate in parallel here. You focus on one and the other, it’s not so integrated.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a hazy bright pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice mix of crisp apple skins, grape skins, and a touch of sweetness. Flavour is dry, with floral grape skins, dry apple, and dry earthiness on the finish. Nice use of grapes but not particularly vinous. It's solid.
