Not being scared of the IBU’s that are so essential for balance in great cask beer. And resisting the temptation to dry hop beers that don’t need it. Back to a bright future.

On cask at Brighton Bierhaus, pours a clear blonde, no head. Aroma brings out soft, British bready malt and bitter floral hops. Flavour is floral and bitter, with a nicer bittering hop character and British bready malt base. Nicely bittering, but a bit of undesirable astringency. Pleasant enough.
