Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast and light oak. Flavour is dry and rustic, with lots of oak, rustic saison yeast, and a hint of citrus. Rustic, oaky, and dry finish. It's okay.
