On tap at AleSmith, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out spicy Belgian yeast, some residual candi sugar, and a crisp biscuity malt base. Flavour is not exactly expressive of the best Belgian yeast character I can imagine -- there's some spiciness, light sugars, and a crisp biscuity character -- but I'm not too happy with the result. A bit lacking.
