Panda thanks to Wingman. Clear gold beer, small and short lived bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth light pale malts, clean and sweet enough for the style. Soft juicy citrus, slightly ripe, a touch of peel bitterness. Some tropical things going on underneath and coming to the fore just before a light finish. A mild bitter linger. Nicely pitched modern West Coaster.

Panda at home, thanks to Dave, 22/03/2025.
Clear golden topped with a white cap that soon vanishes.
Nose is sweet edged, vanilla essence, candied orange peel, grass, melon.
Taste comprises orange zest, grass, pine needle, grapefruit, mandarin.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spiked with juicy come grassy hop bitterness.
Tidy west coast affair although the nose was a little overly sweet and stopped this from gaining a better score from me.

473ml can. Minimally milky, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, frothy to macropore, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow white head. Minimally perfumed, resinous, piney and citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, biscuity, pale malty basis, notes of pineapple, some lemon, a touch of orange and grapefruit. Taste is crisp, bitter, citrusy fruity, piney, slightly resinous, minimally woody hoppy, minimally spicy, pale malty basis with low residual sweetness and a touch of cracker, hints of tangerine, lemon, some pineapple, orange, pine.
Oily texture, smooth and soft, slightly greasy, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Very clean, homogeneous, quite some subtleties, not overly intense - decent.

16 oz. can, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of dankness, some piney hops, and sweet biscuity malt. Flavour is full of piney hops, some dankness, a touch of resins, and crisp biscuity malt. Nice hop profile - very piney and dry on the finish. Excellent.
