Cloudy, big head, the centennial is pretty big, minty, herbaceous but in this case the fermentation is a bit off. This leaves the malt sticky and underattenuated. Yeasty, doughy.

On tap at The Pine Box, pours a cloudy bright orange with a large white head. Aroma brings out fresh floral hops, a touch of pine, and doughy malt. Flavour is bright, with fruity floral hops, bready malt, and some spicy doughy notes. Fresh and bright, with a doughy finish. Very good.
