On tap at Port Orleans, pours a deep dark muddy brown with a small beige head. Aroma is extremely bourbon-forward, with intense bourbon barrels, followed by caramel malt and brown sugar. Flavour is intense, with tons of bourbon, brown sugar, and caramel. Palate is extremely thick and viscous — this needs smoothing over. The bourbon expression is pleasant, albeit a bit harsh. Maybe needs blending or some other conditioning to improve the consistency. Good attempt.
