As 'oude lambiek', unknown age, so entering it here.
A: hazy golden, small, foamy, off-white head.
A: dust, attic, old bread, barnyard.
T: sour lemon, gooseberry, sourdough, straw.
F: tart lemon, berry & grape, dusty & funky.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
All the fine features of a good Lambic.

On tap at In't Spinnekopke as Belgoo Lambic. Cloudy orange with almost no head. Funk, citrus, some barnyard. Medium sourness.

On tap at Grote Dorst, pours a clear golden with almost no head. Aroma brings out subtle old leather and gentle earthiness. Flavour is full of old leather, earthiness, tart citrus, and acetic notes. A little more interesting than most base lambieks. Pleasant.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Golden-brown colour, no head. Aroma and flavour of white wine vinegar, brettanomyces and lemons.

Lett tåkete gulbrun med hvitt skum. Lukter eple, noe honning og trevirke. Lett. Sur, noe syrlig smak. Smaker eplesidereddik, blomster og noe trevirke. Middels lang.

2 year old lambic. Draught @ Koelschip, Copenhagen. Pours unclear Golden with a small White head. Bright citrus, funk and horseblanket. Dry and crisp tart citrussy finish. Very Nice.

Draft. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of barnyard, lemons, straw, and brett. The flavor is sour with notes of lemons, barnyard, straw, and brett, leading to a tart finish.

Clear orange beer, big fizzy slightly aery off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: woody, bit metallic, tannins, lemony touch, nice funk going on. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, lemon peel, oranges, more lemon, acidic, dry, bit hoppy, peaches and apricots, little bitter. Aftertaste: nice acidity, lemony, soft bitterness, lots of apricots, bit sourish.

Draft at The Scrapyard, jonge lambiek. Color: Very slightly hazy orangish golden, very thin off white head. Taste: No carbonation, flat. Moderate to over moderate tart, fruity notes of sweet and sour berries and citrus, light hints of strawberry, a lot of barnyard and horseblanket funk. Wheat malt background. Moderate bitterness. Very nice.
