650 ml bottle. Pours a dark reddish brown with light head. Aromas of caramel, apple brandy, raisins, nougat, and bready malts. Flavors of brown sugar, oaky brandy, a bit of bourbon, raisins, and bready malts. A little thin, but otherwise quite good.

Dink pour. Appearance: hazy copper with a tan head. Aroma: lots of oak, sugared dark fruits, caramel, quite sweet. Taste: moderately sweetand thick, a bit boozy, quite harsh, noticeable hoppy bitterness. Overall: meh, lacking balance and smoothness, kinda a disappointment after the 200 one, unfortunately.

Dark amber-brown colour. Thin head. The aroma showcases a big hazelnut and cherry character, some toasty malts, brown sugar, and a splash of alcohol. Full body. Lots of alcohol but also big date, fig, brown sugar notes. Alcohol punches through the finish. Just a touch of cherry. Balanced, the alcohol rounding out the sweet malt. Aside from a minimal bitterness (~35 IBU sort of thing) this doesn't have much hop.

On tap at Barnside, pours a muddled deep dark mahogany / dirty brown with a small beige head. Aroma reveals dark dried fruits, toffee, and bready malt. Flavour is a mess, with a chaotic messy of sugars, perfume, and dark dried fruits. Very messy, chaotic and uncoordinated. Unfortunately not any better than the chaotic Batch 200.
