Clear black beer, solid dark brown head, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lovely stuff going on here, spicy start, nice roast, lots and lots of chocolate, more spices. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sourish, nice roast, lots and lots of dark chocolate, spicy touch, hoppy. Aftertaste: nice roast, lots of chocolate, cinnamon touch.

Tap at BXL festival. Hazy very dark brown with dark beige head. Lots of chocolate, tart berries, toffee, more milk chocolate, light spicy, I don’t get a lot of vanilla but there’s some nice caramel candy stuff, some roast and coffee. Over medium sweet, medium bitter and under medium sour. Full bodied. Pretty good.

Tap at BXL. Black with dark tan head. Deep roasted chocolate malts, dark chocolate, vanilla, blueberries. Big sweet and bitter. Full body with creamy feel and soft carbonation.

Bxlbeerfest. Pours black. Aroma is sweet, vanilla, chocolate, roast. Flavor is sweet and bitter, vanilla, sourness, roast, chocolate. Finish is sour. Overall okish.

8 4 8 3 16Draft at BXL Beerfest ‘18, Brussels. Black with a small beige head. Aroma of coffee, dark roast, cacao, vanilla and chocolate. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled at swaff 2018. Thnx for sharing. Everyone ! Pours black. Small tanned head. Smell is medium intense. Pure chocolate. Dark malts. Roasty. Tad sweet. Taste is sharp. Roasty. Bit bitter. Tad sweet. Mild woody notes almost. OK.

Tap at La Fine Mousse, 5th June 18. Pours a thick black stout with a black blue bubbly head. Aroma is vineous, roasted malts, chocolate, coffee. Taste is full on, milk chocolate, some berry, slight sour, roasted. Thick palate. Really good one again for Hoppy Road.
