50 cl bottle @ Sankt Hans Tasting, Ulfborg. Aroma has grainy malt, some hoppy tones and biscuits. Flavour has gooseberry bush, grapefruit, biscuits and mild grainy tones. Also apricot. Hard to get a grip on this one; pretty straightforward and simple.

Many thanks to Sean for this bottle. Fresh and floral beginning. Lots of floral fresh hops with hints of pine. Round and smooth, hints of wheat and nice grainy sweetness. The aftertaste is fresh and smooth, round and nice!

500ml bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours clear gold, thin white head that doesn’t linger. Aromas of elderflower, light lemon going in to that pissy thing elderflower does, but not entirely unpleasantly. Taste is bitter lemon, light sweetness. Dry finish. OK. Not much wheat in evidence.

50cl bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - amber with a thin head. Nose - elderflowers and a creamy lemon sorbet. Taste - more lemon and elderflower sorbet. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy yet dry texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - was better after it warmed up. Interesting beer.
