This beer was created using organic and biodynamic honey punch pluots from Collins Family Orchards in Selah, Washington. These tree ripe, late harvest pluots were refermented on a blend of barrel aged mixed culture saison. This beer is an attempt to showcase the character of the fruit grown by the Collins Family. Refermented to condition in the bottle.

750ml bottle pours out pinkish topped with a small fizzy head. Nose is great pluots some stone fruit and a nice barrel funk. Taste is more of the nice fruit mix and as always a nice barrel balance.
