Can into pilsner glass showing cloudy whitish yellow with a finger of quickly dissipating clean white foam. The nose shows sweet corn potage or apple sauce. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. Light flavors of sweet corn and red apples with bready malts with some copper notes on the mid palate to finish.

Pours an ever-so-slightly hazy straw from a can. Lemon and grapefruit aroma and flavor, good amount of salt, not picking up on the coriander except in the aftertaste. Crisp and a good but not overwhelming representation of the style.

1 pint can served on shaker. Pours hazy pure lemon yellow. Minimal white head. Aroma is mild: old lemons, coriander, toast. Mouth feels light, crisp and tart, very dry, no bitterness. Medium-lasting salty finish (that’s the best part).

Can from o hell I can’t remember, somewhere in Mass. Hazy deep yellow color with a smallish but patient bubbly white head. Light lemony tart with a bit of faint bread and light spice on the nose. Lightly tart bready cereal maltiness with a salty undertone. Light lemon and spice. this is far from my favorite style, but I quite enjoyed the subtle complexities in this beer.
