Apple, background diacetyl, lots of guava on the palate but more butter. Too bad about the butter.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2024, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is fairly dry, with crisp apple skins and soft toffee. Flavour is crisp and dry, with dry, crisp apple skins — prettt bone dry. Crisp, nicely carbonated. Solid.
