Aus der Flasche im 2025-06 getrunken. Dieses dunkelrote Cidre-Wein-Hybrid kommt mit wunderbaren Aromen von schwarzen Johannisbeeren und Sangria daher. Der Körper ist sehr kräftig und sorgt für einen wunderbaren langen Abgang.

Clear 750ml via Press online in their quarterly, rose is this theme. Pint glass at home. Clear, dark ruby, quick pink soda head. Floral & sharp berry nose, soft incense, very very jammy. Taste is bitter sharp apple, mid earthy, with slightly astringent berry skin edges. Tart currants with deep red wine grape essence. Jammy upfront with a dry leaning astringent mouth on the finish. Smooth when cold. Acidy as it starts to warm up. Thin, lean, appropriate abv, just a gentle sparkly. Lovely.

Purple, vinous, nice apple base. The grapes are intense but it’s well-balanced, and the blackcurrants blend in seamlessly.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2024, pours a dark red with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of wild yeast, musty red grape skins, and light apple skins. Flavour is dry and funky, with a really nice dry red grape skin character, great bugs, oak, vinous notes and a touch of apple skins. Expertly crafted, dry, funky and complex. Excellent.
