A light bodied clear IPA with assertive bitterness, fruit/tropical hop flavour and a dry finish. Fermented with our lager yeast strain and then dry hopped with El Dorado, Mosaic and Citra. We ferment with our lager strain at a warmer temperature to bring out different yeast characteristics than a typical lager style beer. Corn and Rice are used in the mash to create a crisp and light body.

Dark gold, chill haze, and a fairly thick head. Clean biscuity malts. Lemony, slightly piney hop. El Dorado is always a favourite.

473mL can, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Nose brings out bright piney hops, melon, some grassiness, and a touch of sweet biscuity malt. Flavour is bright and fresh, with vibrant green melon, lots of piney and resinous hops, grassiness, and just enough sweet biscuity malt. Piney, melon-y, lightly sweet finish with pronounced bitterness. Excellent.

473 ml can. Pours a bright amber with moderate head. Aromas of floral dank hops and biscuity malts. Flavors of bitter fruit, dank hops and biscuity malts almost cereal like. Reminds me of a milder and bitter Fat Tug.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver; 08/04/24, 1 month oldBlond colour, chill haze, greenish hue. The aroma is almost mineral, with light floral hops elements. It's not too dry, the malts are particularly juicy and mellow; balanced bitterness, with grass character, mild pine; gentle minerality in the finish.
Excellent.
