Bottle 12fl.oz. [ As Saugatuck Michigan Wheat ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, yeast, floral. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, yeast, fruity, light wheat - floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140814]

Bottle at Jakes place. Pours hazy pale amber, nose is sweet toffee, yeasty, taste is dry, yeasty, floral.

Bottle split at GBBF, day 2, 13/08/14 - thanks to Kenvold. Clear golden with a moderate off white covering that retains, carbonation evident. Nose is grain, cereals, light caramel, straw, citric notes. Taste comprises citric zest, straw, bread dough, light mandarin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent for the style.

GBBF Day 2. Bottle. Clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, crisp and dry. Light smooth malts, slightly sweet. Light floralness. Light dry finish. Not bad.

Sampled from bottle @ ChrisO after GBBF day 3. Clear yellow golden color, small white head. Smell and taste wheat, slightly yeasty, lightly fruity, a slight touch of herbs or spices, quite bitter. Decent body and firm carbonation.

12 fl oz bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild estery and peachy. Bitter, peachy and mango fruity. Crisp hoppy and fruity into the finish.

At GBBF 2014. Clear gold lasting white head. Hoppy floral aroma touch of wheat. It’s actually pretty drinkable light fruity but wheat gives it a touch of depth. Good.
