On tap at Gruff. Pours clear gold with a white head. Faint woody pine and allium on the nose. Flavour has some bits of resinous pine, biscuits, and onions. It's pretty mid-level.

Enjoyed on tap at Gruff, first visit. I insisted on disagreeing with Berko on this beer. No way was this beer this infected. Its not as bad as he claimed, but there is a bit of a miscue here. Its oddly sweet. Rich with some sort of infection. Has a bunch of grapefruit notes up front. Odd sweetness follows. Harsh, and a bit unpleasant. A small bit of this is all I can really handle. Not the beer for me.

Second rating: July 5, 2025: On tap at Gruff, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has some tropical notes, citrusy hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour has bitter citrus peel, pine, and some light allium. Well-hopped but not that well-balanced or structured in general. Decent. 6.3/10
Original rating: March 12, 2018: On tap at Gruff, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with diacetyl, with nothing much else detectable. Flavour is just nasty, with diacetyl, bitter unpleasantness and biscuity malt. Butter bomb - totally undrinkable. Awful. 3/10

On Tap at the Bellingham Brewery/Taproom Cloudy orange light beige. Lots of pungent pithy hop flavors. Unfiltered palate.
