12 fl oz bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild estery, lemonish and slight herbal. Fruity, slight citric and estery. Ends dry and slight lemonish flavoured.

Claw Daddy’s, NYC: Pours soapy looking yellow with a white head. Aroma is soapy... lemon soap to be precise. Taste is similarly lemony. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. In any case, this was not my cup of beer.

Sampled on draft at Dad’s Pub this beer poured a hazy pale yellow color with a medium sized yellow-white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was lemon, sage, oregano, wildflower and perfume - very odd. The flavor was dryish and chalky with notes of perfume, herbs, wildflower and sage. Long finish. Light body. Meh.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 10/22/2013. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy bright golden color with a 2 finger dense white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of lemon zest, orange zest, floral, grass, wheat, bread, light honey, light pepper, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of lemon, hop, malt, and yeast ester notes; with solid strength, a bit perfumey. Taste of lemon zest, orange zest, pear, wheat, bread, cracker, floral, grass, light pepper, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Lingering notes of lemon zest, orange zest, wheat, bread, cracker, floral, grass, light pepper, and herbal on the finish for a good bit. Nice balance and robustness of lemon zest, malt, hop, and yeast ester notes; with no cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and light-medium bodied; with a slightly creamy, smooth, and crisp mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish. Overall this is a pretty good wheat ale. Good balance and robustness of flavors; and very smooth a crisp to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

12oz bottle pours with a gold body that has a slight haze and supports a thin bright white head. The mild aroma has candied lemon, mild sugary malts and a wheat sensation. The taste starts off with grassy lemon grass that has an odd mix of wheat and sweet lime hard candy going along with it. In the background is a faint saccharin chemical sweetener sensation. Not too bad though.

Bottle. Sweet tart lemon and wheat malt aroma. Hazy yellow with a large white head. Tart lemon, lemon zest, and wheat malt flavor, with a bare hint of bitterness in the finish. Light body, moderate carbonation. I was expecting much worse, so this was a pleasant surprise.

Refrigerated brown bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours hazy yellow with medium frothy head. Lemon aroma, well carbonated, thin body, and thick big bubble lacing. Taste is herbal/grassy hops, some lemon, with dryer finish. Doesn’t do it for me.

Pour is a hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is nice. Plenty of wheat malt with a lemony back round. Flavor lets this one down. Definitely a wheat malt base but almost none of the lemon. Turns into a boring wheat beer real fast.

Bottle from Beer Run. Pours a hazy yellow color with a medium sized fizzy white head. Fair head retention. Aroma of candied citrus and wheat. The taste is tart citrus and mild wheat. Thin and watery, muddled and almost seems a bit dirty.
