Our house IPA features Citra and Mosaic hops which bring about an aroma of ripe melon and fresh squeezed orange juice. Juicy notes of grapefruit, passion fruit, and a touch of biscuity malt character coat your tongue in this delightfully light and crushable IPA.

On tap at Belltown, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is quite nice and clean, with fresh piney hops, some citrus, and biscuity malt. Piney and oily on the palate. This is very good.

Draft pour pint at the brand new Belltown Brewing, Seattle. Never had the chance to visit Bell and Whete, but a cool place this is as a brewpub. Accidentally fitting in with the crowd that just goes.with the IPA when completely oblivious with the menu, per the barkeeps suggestion. Walking distance from Cloudburst so looking forward to many future visits. Clean golden pour with a lasting head. Basically as standard as an IPA gets, really. Nothing really stands out as unique or special, but it’s.Good. Piney hops. Refreshing finish. Pretty good.
