Bottle sample at Moonlight Meadery, pours a clear yellowish blonde with a small. Aroma brings out lots of wildflower honey, earthy notes, and spicy ginger. Flavour is loaded with spicy ginger upfront, with wildflower honey and earthy. Ginger and wildflower earthiness on the finish. Very nice.

Bottle shared by someone at our table, could have been Michael. A bit more subtle than the last one. Faint sweet honey notes competing with a big ginger presence and smoothed over by some sweet peaches. Tasty, but I could have done without the ginger personally.
