Medium beige head. Clear deep dark red body with carbonation. Fruity caramelized sugar aroma with spicy red berry notes. Dry chalky fruity caramel taste with spicy notes. Mid-bodied. A bit over-carbonated initially. Dry fruity caramelized sugar aftertaste with rock candy and aniseed notes. Nice! Perhaps a bit dry and not quite clean/fruity enough for a top-notch dubbel, but still good. (0.33l bottle, gift from the brewer.)

[ As Lindheim Helan & Hallon ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, pale malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity . berry, hay, light raspberry, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150529]

Draught at Mikkeller & Friends. Hazy, golden colour with a bubbly, white head. Fruity aroma with raspberries, citrus, floral hops, caramel malts and spicy hints. Taste is lightly sweet. Medium body with a thin to creamy texture. Finishes dry and fruity with sweet berries and citrus fruits. Lovely summer’s drink.

500ml bottle, batch 53, from Gulating Ølutsalg in Trondheim. Pink-white head, clear golden-brown body with a deep shade of red. Mild raspberry nose. Flavoured with raspberry, herbs and mid-sweet apples. Dry and sweet in the mouth. Rather unvaried with refreshing moments (hotel room 18.03.2015).
