Tap. Pours clear mahogany, small beige head, good lacing. Aroma is roast malt, earth, rice, hint of ash. Flavor is light sweet. Light plus bitter. Earthy and roasty. No fungus notes. Felipe says the mushrooms give it nuttiness, which is better than fungus notes for sure! Medium body 4,7,7,4,14
