We set out to brew a complex, tasty monster of a stout that perfectly captures our no-boundaries approach. Wrecking Ball swings heavy with five types of dark-roasted malt for delicious coffee, chocolate and brown sugar notes. Two large hop additions bring that substantial maltiness back in check, delivering a big, beautifully balanced beast of a beer.

12 ounce can from Tavour. Jet black pour. Rocky tan head. Killer lacing. Big roasted malt nose. Hints of coffee and dark chocolate. Flavor is in your face Imperial Stout. Dark roasted malt, dark chocolate and dark coffee. Plenty of caramelized sweetness in middle. Slightly bitter finish. Nicely done.

12 oz can poured, picked up at Hop and Hound a little while back. I got a few cans of imperial stout in my cellar. I think I'm getting on board with the idea. Cans killed the 22. A thick, dense jet black pour with a ton of tan foam head. Nice imperial here, huge roast, chocolate and coffee notes really compliment each other. It's a milk chocolate, and just barely sweet. A slightly burnt toast linger that is really enjoyable. Solid stout here. Excellent, inexpensive, yet good quality brew here.

Bomber bought in Sequim. Black opaque beer with roasted grain aroma. Bittersweet chocolate and espresso taste leads quickly to an acrid finish.

Can sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Thanks Stas. Black, tan foam. Roast, fruity, coffee, some chocolate, sweetish, slightly bitterish finish, medium to full-bodied.

At a tasting, medium long lasting creamy espresso head, aroma of chooclate, wood and mud, flavor of bittersweet chocolate with hints of ash, sweetness coming through but quite mellow. Nice but not to complex.

Strong malt punch mellows out in the back, ends up smooth and tasty.

Bottle from Tavor Solid black with a good sized tan head that persists. Rich chocolate and caramel on the nose with earthy fruit at the edges. Flavor follows the aroma but adds a bit of licorice and smoke. Pretty tasty Imp Stout.

Bottle - Dark roast and chocolate. Deep jet brown with a light brown head. Dark roast, Chcolate, some minty hops and a very long roasty dark Chcolate finish. Not bad, but nothing particularly special.
