Honoring a tradition inspired by Belgian brewing, our Biere de Coupage is an interpretation of a classic method with a modern twist. The blending of aged mixed fermentation beer with young saison imparts a subtle barnyard aroma which is complemented by notable hop character. This beer showcases the twang that wild yeast and bacteria can impart while mingling with the fermentation expression that our younger barrels have to offer.

Bottle. Slow gusher on opening. Pours clear golden, large white lasting head, good lacing. Aroma is hay, field grass, lemon, citrus, basement, dust. Flavor is light tart, light funk, bright citrus and barnyard. Light body. Noice.
