Draught@CBC2015. Black colour, small beige head. Aroma is pepper, some chili, cinnamon, cocoa and mild fruity notes. Flavour is peppers, quite burning, but still having some bready malts, as well as mild fruity and herbal notes.

Tap at CBC 2015. Poured a dark mahogany colour with a frothy tan head. The aroma is roasted malt, creamy caramel. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a rich dry spicy coffee, light chocolate, liqourice bitter palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap@CBC 2015, Red Session - black with tan head. Aroma and taste is sweet and roasted malty, light coffee, cocoa, vej and some herbal spices, not sure on this.

Draught @ CBC 2015 [ Red Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Green Flash Black Tiger ].Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, coffee, strong coffee, dusty coffee - spices (maybe cinnamon), moderate roasted, light chocolate. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate - cacao, dsuty coffee, spicy - cinnamon, peppery, chili - peppery warm. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20150502]

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 3, 02/05/2015. Light black topped with a decent tan swirl. Nose is coffee grinds, spice, cocoa powder, green pepper, chilli notes. Taste comprises more coffee, sweet’n’sour vibes, spice, chocolate, green chilli. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid stuff, good balance of spice allied to some sweeter licks and a blast of coffee.
