Bottle. Archer Road Beer Stop, Sheffield. Hazy, bronze colour. Good, dense, sticky, off white head. Light, jammy, and marmalade hop. Some candied peel. Taste is zesty bitter. Some pith. Decent body. Long, pithy bitter finish. Some dryness on the close. Decent beer, although I maybe expected a bit more juiciness. A bit dry and pithy. I’m being picky, but that’s probably because I do like this brewer.

Bottle from Old Shambles Tavern. Appearance - bright amber with a lovely fluffy head. Nose - pine and oranges. Light biscuit at the back. Taste - more oranges intertwined with dry biscuits. Some resin on the end. Palate - close to medium bodied with a big tangy texture and a long tangy dry finish. Overall - good beer.

Half pint, keg at Minerva. A beige head over a near clear apricot coloured body. Solid lacework. Mild grapefruit nose. The taste profile follows suit with grapefruit and pine needles. Rounded bitter ending. Tasty ipa (shared with Finn, Hull 25.11.2015).
