[ As Pizza Port Shark Attacker Imperial Red ].Clear medium to dark red amber color with a small to average, open and frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, dry nuts, sweet nuts, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, dry hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light heavy bitter with a long duration, dry nutty, dry hops, orange, caramel, dark caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20140812]

From cask. Pours hazy amber with a small off white head. Aroma is roasted malty and light fruity. Sweet, toasted and caramelish. Breadish and toffee. Bitter and dry hoppy into a smooth roasted malty finish.
