Thx! Sampled draft @ L'Ermitage. Clear golden, small white head. Nose is super rustic, burlap sack hop, barn,... Taste is raw hops, almost wort, grains, burlap sack, hay, field,... Grainy rustic burlap sack body,... Nice but strange beer, not entirely sure as to where they were going with this.

Tap at l’Ermitage. Clear golden with fluffy white head. Dank flowery hops, honey, onion honey stuff that my mother makes against coughs. Wet hops, dry malts, light caramel, soft bread crust. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with slick oily feel.

Can at home in London - picked up at Moor Vaults, Bermondsey. Pours clear honey-gold with a lasting, foamy white head. Fun beer, some nice citrus hops aspects, a bit of pale and lightly grainy bread, accents of white grape, pine needles, hay, biscuits, grapefruit. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with soft warming alcohol, citrus peel, more white grape, dry pale bread. There's something atypical about this beer, which I really like.

Keg at L'Ermitage. It pours clear golden - amber with a decent white head. The aroma is muffin, brioche, green grass, honey, peach, tinned fruits and apricot. The taste is firmly dry, bitter, spicy, peppery, earthy, grapefruit, tannin, kick of alcohol and lemongrass with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Sweet in the aroma, but none dry on the taste. Nice stuff.
