Amber with a small white head. Malty aroma with caramel and bread, along with herbal hops and some less pleasant, sort of industrial notes of DMS and phenols. Sweet malty flavour with notes of herbal hops and a fruity touch. Pretty good bitterness in the finish. For a tribute to a classic style, I would have expected a dryer malty flavour. Otherwise quite well done.

Bottle, 5.8%. Clear dark amber with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, grainy, caramel, hop and straw. Flavour is malt, craamel, hop, medium sweet, little grainy, little earthy, straw and medium bitter.

Bottle from Kvickly. Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light hoppy - straw. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 310115

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy light brown with a small white head. Aroma is grassy, straw and toasted malty. Breadish, toasted and grainy. Toasted and light bitter into medium dry finish.

50 cl. bottle poured in to a Tulip. Dark amber colour with a thin, lightly tanned head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, fruits, light citrus and floral hops.Vague cardboard. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy to oily texture and a soft carbonation. Rather filling for a 5.8 % alcohol. Finishes slightly dry with fruits, caramel malts and toasted notes. Not much drama in this - a pleasant beer.
