Draft. A light yellow mead. The aroma has notes of honey, apricots, and cardemomme. The flavor is sweet with notes of honey, apricots, alcohol, and cardemomme, leading to a dry finish.

Draft @ CBC 2015. Pours a hazy pale yellow color with no head. Has a fruity spicy cardamom and apricot aroma. Fruity spicy honey and cardamom flavor. Has a fruity spicy cardamom and apricot finish.

Draught@CBC2015. Pale yellow colour with a minor head. Aroma is apricot, cinnamon, some honey and mild herbal and spicy notes. Flavour is honey, cinnamon, cardamom, some fruits and mild herbal notes. Quite sweet.

10oz draft @ The Stein & Vine, Brandon. Dorée clair. Arôme au bouquet frais d’abricot, rétro épicé et distinctd e cardamome. Retrouve une petite impressionde thé vert en rétro. Palais est léger sur une fine effervescence, note citrique presque pomme cidre. Fleuri avec ce profil particulier d’abricot, léger collant aux lèvres, fini sec, point astringence tout en gardant une certaine douceur. Le côté épicé de cardamome perce tout au long e la dégustation et demeure agréable. ok comme ’mead’, mais je regrette un peu les jours où B.Nektar faisait plus de mead à 12%+.

Nektar Apricot Cardamom ].Clear light yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate honey, spicy - cardamom, fruity honey, bubble gum - minerals, apricot notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, minerals, cardamom, honey, fruity. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20150502]

[5/2/15] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. 3rd session. Yellow. Aroma of cardamom and some fruitiness. Sweetish-sourish flavor with apricot, honey and some cardamom.

From tap. Pours pale yellow with no head. Aroma is solid cardamom and mild citric. Mild sweet, fruity, citric and mellow fruity. Lingering apricot. Medium dry cardamom note. Mild citric finish.
