Pint from the cask at Wyndham Arms, Salisbury. Pours pale golden with a white head. Aromas & tastes of flora, elderflower, lemon, herbs & grass hops. Moderate body. Light bitter finish

9/3/2023. Cask at the Wyndham Arms, Salisbury. Pours clear golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, grass +. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Moderate body, slightly oily, soft carbonation. Very nicely done.

Cask @ Wyndham Arms, Salisbury. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy - fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 090323

Cask @ The Red Lion, Southampton. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich citrus, fruits, flowers and malt. Nice smooth citrus finish.

Cask at PoW, Farnborough. Floral citrus aroma, not overly strong. Pale good. Bubbly white head. Medium bitter. Some citrus sour. A touch quinine and a hint of malt. Light bodied. Thin. Flat carbonation. Long astringent finish. I guess it does have some character to it but not a particularly likeable one.

Cask at The Wyndham Arms, Salisbury, Wiltshire. A golden coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, citrus aroma. Tastes hoppy, citrus, slightly bitter and super fresh. Better than expected.

Cask half-pint, hand-pulled on 24th Aug 2018; Codsall Railway Buildings. Clear golden pour, white blanket of foam on top. Citrusy, hoppy and Grapefuity dry.

Pint on tap at the Wings Club, Cleveleys. Pale amber beer with thin white head. Sweet lemon nose, some grass. Light body. Crisp and fresh taste. Finish is earthy, dank, herbal with late notes of pineapple and malt. Bitter, sweet, grassy, it's all going on. Interesting USA/UK hybrid.
