Bottle. Press hazy golden with large white head. Aroma is honey, sugar, grain, banana and yeast. Taste is medium sweet, faint bitter and light acidic. Body is syrupy with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes that follow the nose plus lemon and chalk.

Bottle, 75 cl corked. A hazy golden beer with a small off-white head. Fruity aroma with some pale malts and a spiced, peppery yeast touch. It’s full bodied, lightly warming and nicely carbonated with some bitterness in the flavor. Generic fruityness, peppery, spiced yeast and some pale malts too. Lasting finish. A bit grainy this one, still a quite decent and nice beer. 160102

750 ml bottle. Unclear pale golden body with a big, white head. Quite light in aroma, some pale malt, hint of citric fruit, some spices and quite much white sugar. Flavor is sweet pale malt, spicy, white sugar, esters and hint of caramel. Medium body and average aftertaste. OK, but far from the best type within the style.

Bottle split at the RBESG ’15 Grand Tasting, Taphouse CPH day 4, 23/08/15. Pale golden blonde with a decent off white covering. Nose is pale malt, bread dough, caramel, straw. Taste comprises sweet licks, candyfloss, yeast esters, caramel, light fruit notes. Medium + bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Pretty uninspiring Belgo affair, no bang delivered for the ABV buck !!!
