Unser Bock ist eine bernsteinfarbene Bierspezialität mit ca. 6,5 Vol% und einer Stammwürze von 16,5%.
Durch den frischen Aromahopfen "Hallenlauer Perle" erreichen wir einen vollen Geschmack mit nur leichtem Hopfenbitter.
Der minimale Einsatz bester Röstmalze ermöglicht eine dunkle bernsteinfarbene Tiefe.

Bottle from Schwalebräu Craft Beer Store & Bar, Neumünster, as Klüvers Bock. 6.5 %. Clear dark golden with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. Nice Heller Bock. 080717

Bottle from Schwale Bräu, Neumünster. *Smooth fruity mild beginning. Refreshing, hints of caramel and fruits, moderate bitter with caramelly grainy hints. A bit sharp, but nice though.

Bottle @ Flensburg. Pours amber copper with a white head. Sweet malty. Dried fruit, caramel and bread. Some corn.

0,33 l bottle. Unclear light amber. Small head. A lot of sediments. Sweetmalty on the nose. Taste starts smooth, malty, sweet, little bit fruity. Low alcoholic in the background. Okay.

Bottle courtesy of Bamsen78. Hazy amber, offwhite froth. Malty, hoppy aroma. Caramely, malty flavour with decent hoppy bitterness. Gets a little rough with a slightly metallic note.

0,33 bottle, many thanks to Koelschtrinker. Reddish amber pour, semi clear with sediments and an off-white tick cap. Nose: rich malt character, creme brulè, raisins. Mouth: watery, again watery...a bit honey, kind oxidized. No!

33cl bottle. Pours hazy amber with a huge lasting beige head. Aroma of pale malt, grain and some hops. Taste is very malty, sweet, some caramel and grain, nothing special.

Fonefan 271215. Golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is caramel, malt, hop, toffee. flavour is caramel, malt, hop, toffee, bread. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Bottle, courtesy of MiP. Pours nearly clear amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with notes of hops and touches of caramel. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt and yeast,mwith bitter, hoppy notes. Estery and malty aftertaste with bitterish hints. Creamy mouthfeel. Quite decent for the style.
