[notes] Poured from bottle @ FHF 2023 (Aug 12, 2023). Slightly hazy blonde with small white head. Dry peppery saison yeast, aggressive zest note, meh.

Pale and hazy, effervescent. Thin head. Herbaceous hop nose. Soft malt, nice balance.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a hazy bright golden with a large white head. Aroma brings out lots of buggy farmhouse notes, rustic notes and light oak. Flavour is highly carbonated, with lots of rustic saison yeast, big funk, and oak. Rustic, highly carbonated and funky. Very nice.
