[notes] Poured from bottle @ FHF 2023 (Aug 12, 2023). Orangey brown with small beige head. Lots of oak at the forefront, feint dark fruits.

Brown and bright. Sweet up front, but towards the finish gets strong and sticky. It's not bad but it's definitely not my thing.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a clear dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out tart dark fruits, candi sugar, and oak. Flavour is full of Belgian yeast, candi sugar, and oak. A bit messy and butyric-like. Not great.

A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF with priceless Rachel's (yup, again!) help in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: almost clear pale copper. Aroma: lots of American oak, crispy, some fruity character and sweetness. Taste: sweet, a bit dirty, meh. Overall: nothing special.
