Lambic with a kind of Sea Buckthorn, that growns in the mountains. ( It appears there isn't a real translation for it )

Not as intensely sour as the 2018 batch. Feels more balanced

Zwanze kick-off. Light and fruity, sour. Wouldn't have recognized as seabuckthorn, quite mild, white wine-y, funky. Nice.

Taster from bottle at 0,75l from bottle at the brewery. Vintage 21. Light yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells stinky, baby diaper, berry notes, light corn notes, peppery, ok smell. Medium body, soft subtle carbonation. Tastes grassy, earthy, peppery, light corn notes, light berry, peppery. Finishes bit dry and light to medium sour with notes of grass, peppery and corn notes. A bit weird one, a lot less sour then the previous batch, quite drinkable, but also not the biggest fan

(750ml bottle @ Stadin Panimo, Helsinki, Aug 17/19) Pours clear deep gold with a thick white head and good lace. Notes of fairly sharply tart sea buckthorn with its attendent funky-tart stone fruit meets berries and tropical vibe, quite tart grippy yoghurty lactic core, a little lemon peel, heavy sweaty funk, some hay, mineral crispness is defintiely present, soft wood, kind of soapy/rubbery tone but air definitely helps with that slight off-note. Long quite tart finish with lingering funk and sweat, and some sea buckthorn lingering in the aftertaste. Medium-bodied, nice filling carbonation. Obviously a bit of a different Cantillon given the fruit adjunct and it certainly comes out more tart than many, but if you like the berry already (with its high acid) it's lots of fun.

375ml bottle @ Stadin Panimobaari. Originally rated on 6.10.2018. Seems I forgot to add it to Ratebeer. Poured unclear light golden in color. Thin white head. Seabuckthorn is there in the aroma. Bit sharp, nice funky and notes of peaches. Brett, funk, wood and seabuckthorn. Lovely.

Bottle shared with JFE at the brewery 04.10.19. Clear goldebn. White head. Absoluetely superb, but undescribable aroma and taste, probably of sea buckthorns. Sour berries, old chest of drawers with soap and knickers, brett and acid. Good and complex. Acid, dry and astringent mouthfeel.

Bottle at Cantillon. Pours a hazy gold with medium frothy white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is mineral, funk, oak, rubber. Light body, funk, musty, barnyard, light dry finish, very good.
