On tap at Darby's, pours a deep dark reddish brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is quite smoky, with plenty of wood oak, moderately peated smoke, and dry bready caramel malt. Flavour is way too perfumey on the barrel — ugh. The smoke is subdued, and the malt is buried beneath that nasty barrely perfume. Something went quite wrong here.
