On tap at Double Shovel, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals plenty of toasted coconut upfront, accentuated by pineapple and a hint of apple core. Flavour has both moderately sweet coconut and pineapple in equal balance, with subdued apple core further back. On the sweeter side for Double Shovel's ciders but has a nice integration of adjuncts. Decent.
