On tap at Double Shovel, pours a clear bright pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma brings out subtle mint upfront, earthy rhubarb and a touch of apple core. Flavour comes across rather vegetal due to the combo of earth rhubarb and mint. Dry finish, with equal parts of mint and rhubarb; but again, it comes across rather vegetal/herbal. Not bad but definitely not great.
