Wheat exotic. Inspired by the thick grey September fogs that sweep Santorini. A crisp refreshing wheat lager with hints of honey and bergamot. Rich white foam with good density.

Location: 12 oz bottle from a grocery in Fira, 5/26/15

Aroma: Spice and citrus/orange (guess that's the bergamont?), wheat, floral notes, and honey
Appearance: It pours a cloudy golden color with a foamy white head and some light-medium lacing
Flavor: It tastes spice and fruit forward, not super sweet, wheaty, and a mild bitterness
Palate: The body is light-medium with an average to lively carbonation, and a fizzy close
Overall Impression: Not bad, not great. The spice and fruit combo works alright. The whole combination works alright actually. Interesting more so than good, but worth trying.

Bottle @ Post-Easter Procrastination, Ulfborg. Pours hazy straw with small white head. Clear aroma of hops and malt, with notes of spices and citrus. Flavour of pepper, with notes of malt and fruit and yeast, and bitter hoppy touches. Acetic aftertaste with spicy notes. Not very bad but nothing to write home about. Definitely not a German Hefeweizen

330ml bottle at home. Hazy yellow golden color with white head that quickly disappears. Aroma is fruity, citrusy, bergamot, orange, yeasty, light soapy and bandaid in the beginning. Sweet taste, fruity like the aroma, orange and lemon and light yeasty again. Medium oily body with soft to flat carbonation.
