Sahtipaja Pilot Series is aimed to involve the customers in the development of new beers and meads. Instead of brewing small batches for internal testing we have decided to brew a bit larger batches and distribute them to selected bars. Customer feedback via beer rating sites and through social media will give us a better picture of what people like and want to drink instead of we deciding this for them.

Draught @ BrewDog Bar Gbg. Pours hazy pale red with a small pinkish white head that doesn’t leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity with crackers, blackberries, strawberries, yoghurt, dry soil, lemon zest and hints of grapefruit zest. Taste is slightly sour, tiny salty and fruity with crackers, saltines, strawberries, blackberries, lemon juice, yoghurt, hay, minerals, grapefruit zest and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is soft, dry, tart, tiny astringent and light bodied. Finish is sour with crackers, strawberries, blackberries, grapefruit, hay, dry soil, minerals and lemon zest.
