Draft. A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of fruit, malt, and a bit of straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruit, malt, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Draught @ CBC2015. Pours hazy pinkish pale golden with a small white head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and funky with crackers, pineapple start fruit, hay, dry soil, minerals , barnyard and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sweet, tiny sour, fruity and funky. Mouthfeel is soft, slightly dry, watery and light bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and tiny sour with crackers, tropical fruits, hay, minerals, barnyard and lemon zest. Ok...

Draught@CBC2015 (blue session).Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some citrus, toffee as well as nice herbal and mildly spiced yeasty notes. Flavour is biscuits, some toffee, citrus and mild fruity notes.

Draught at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. Hazy amber liquid with a medium off-white head. Aroma of white pepper, lemon, grain, light apple and grapefruit. Taste is dry and light to medium sour with notes of lemon and grain. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice.

CBC. Dark amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, caramel, yeast, spices, hop and earthy. Flavour is malt, caramel, hop, spices, yeast, little dry, little earthy and medium bitter.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 2, 01/05/2015. Clear golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is punchy tropicana, farmyard, straw, apricot, citric tinges. Taste comprises tarte peach, dried apricot, funky, citric tinged straw, bitter orange, grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonaton, semi drying close. Solid tropped up saison.

[5/1/15] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. 2nd session. Clear orange. Spicy aroma with some fruitiness. Flavor is spicy, fruity, bitterish. Medium-bodied.
