[5/1/15] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. 1st session. Clear yellow. Aroma of apples and weird hoppiness. Flavor of apples and some bitterish hops.

Draught @ CBC 2015 [ Yellow Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Cervejaria Way Beer Cider IPA ].Clear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, sweet fruit, sweet apple and honey. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet apple - honey, sweet malt, vegetables. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150501]

CBC Yellow Session. Keg. Clear gold beer, small white head. Palate is light, semi dry and crisp. Light pale malts, mild floralness. Mild apple, then the two come together for floral apple! Light cider bite before a soft finish. Tasty but needs a lot more hops.

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow, small white head. Aroma is ligt grassy. Mild citrusy and apples. Apples, zesty and light citric. Mellow, fruityand toasted malty. Grassy and slight apples zesty finish.

Aroma has leathery apple tones and some floury apples too – and apple juice. Somewhat leathery. Flavour is a weird bland of apple juice and malt. Finishes with some odd, harsh maltiness and floury apples. Weird stuff, could not locate the IPA here.

Pours yellowish orange with a smooth head. Aroma of sweet berries, fruits, cidery notes and ripe notes. Taste is sweetish and cidery with some ripe fruits, sweet sugary fruits and hints of bitterness. Finish is sweet and stuffy. A bit strange.
