On tap at Cigar City Cider & Mead, pours a clear pale blonde, almost no head. Aroma is loaded with crisp apple core and fairly dry apple skins. Flavour is along the same lines, with rotting apple core dominating. Ugh, I don't get the ratings here. Not too pleasing.

Single from New Beer Distributors. Tulip pour. Clear, pale, Heineken-esque. Yeasty, estery, table wine scent. Taste is bittersweet & medicinal upfront. Apple juice, leafy greens, green apple tartness, that last sip of flat beer, sulfites. Mild carbonation Dry, grainy finish. Generic six pack stuff. Better then some.

Draft. A yellow cider. The aroma has notes of apples. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples and alcohol, leading to a dry finish.

CBC. Clear golden with no head. Aroma is apples, fruit, apple peel and oak. Flavour is apples, fruit, oak, sweet, apple peel and sugar.
