We’re all about the big double dry-hopped pales here at Polly’s. The big thick mouthfeel and flavour intensity of one of our DIPAs meets sessionable strength in Yearn & Fall. An absolutely enormous hop bill of Citra, El Dorado, Comet and Sabro combine for a pale ale that brings a swag bag of juicy citrus notes, along with super soft melon from the El Dorado hops, rounded off with a sweet tropical explosion from everybody’s new hype hop, Sabro.

Milky white thin head left a spotty cover on a hazy vivid pale golden coloured body. Punch zesty aroma with sweet citrus & confectionery. Medium bodied, smooth, soft & pillowy with a clean back. Mango, pineapple, peach, confectionery & champagne tastes with a tangy hoppy finish. Tremendous!

(Can, 0.44 l - canned on 10.02.2021 - BB 10.08.2021, from Pikkulintu, 20210409) The beer poured pale yellow and cloudy. Its head was medium sized, white and it lasted long. Aroma had grapefruit, pineapple and peach. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grapefruit, bread, lemonade, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart, fruity and bitter. A bit weird brew with tart and bready notes.

Can from RAD Beer. Milky golden body with a white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pastel de nata and dried apricot. Flavour of straw and starfruit with a slightly peppery finish. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. This is excellent.
