Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apple, tart apples, light apple vinegar. Initial flavor is moderate sweet, middel flavor is moderate sweet and vinegar, finish flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, medium dry, apple, sweet apple - skin, the middel vinegar is apple vinegar ish. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20140811]

Cask at Lock 25. Pours clear gold, still. Aromas of toffee apples, taste is sweet, thin. Sweet finish.
