Rødbrun noe tåkete med lavt lys brunt skum. Lukter karamellsaus, omkommer og svisker. Søt smak, karamell, alkohol og mørke frukter. Alkoholen sitter lenge. Medium bitter. Lite kullsyre.

Tap.Muddy brown colour with small head.Aroma of dried fruits prune and figs,good full body and malty mild sweet taste with caramel flavor and vinious mouth feels.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 9 May 2015) Brownish amber colour with brief, foamy head. Malty, fruity nose with dried fruit, raisins, prunes and vinous hints of rum. Malty, fruity taste with notes of dried fruit, raisins, prunes, caramel and a sweet, vinous finish with a slight alcohol glow. Full body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and quite well balanced, even if it does carry a certain punch. Nice one.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Slottskällans Rum Quad ].Clear light dark red amber color with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, light beige head. Aroma is light heavy malty, caramel, sugary, candy, brown sugar, alcohol - sweet alcohol - rum, wood notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20150411]

Bottle, 11.5%. Slightly hazy brown with small beige head. Aroma is malt, yeast, dark fruits and bread. Flavour is malt, yeast, dark fruits, sweet, bread, toasted, little rum, warming, alcohol, little raisin, hop and a little bitter.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (09/04/2015) - fuzzy amber brown pour with beige head. Sweet malty aroma and taste, dark dried fruity and spices, caramel, and some detectable notes of rum. Decent stuff.

Bottle @ Post-Easter Procrastination, Ulfborg. Pours hazy copper brown with small beige head. Clear aroma of malt, caramel and rum barrel. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt and vanilla, with weak notes of hops. Estery hints. Sweetish. Warming alcohol presence. Boozy and barrellike. Not good for the style but drinkable as such.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy reddish brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruit and rum. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish with lots of warming alcohol. 110415
